READ-2-REVIEW - CONTEMPORARY - EVERY SHATTERED NOTE (Heartbreak Mixtapes, #3) by Claudia Burgoa

EVERY SHATTERED NOTE
Heartbreak Mixtapes, #3
by Claudia Burgoa
May 20th 2026

From USA Today bestselling author Claudia Burgoa comes a slow-burn, mistaken-identity romance about hidden fame, second chances at life, and the woman who accidentally falls for a rockstar in disguise.

I plan other people’s love stories for a living. Perfect nights. Perfect moments. Perfect control.

So when my guitarist cancels an hour before a high-profile event, I do what any professional would do—panic quietly and pray for a miracle.

Then he walks in.

Late. Soaked from the rain. Incredibly handsome. Unapologetically charming.

A man I absolutely shouldn’t notice.

He plays music like the storm outside taught him how to feel.

He saves the night. And without meaning to, he starts unraveling mine.

I don’t know that he’s a world-famous musician in hiding.

I only know that when he looks at me, the world stops spinning.

I build love stories for other people. It’s chaotic, but it’s always strategic, straight-forward.

But this time, the one falling—hard, fast, and completely unplanned—is me.

There’s no seating chart that can contain, or explain, the storm that is Dexter Vaughn. But maybe his humor, guitars, and big heart is exactly what I need to build my own breathtaking love story.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . EVERY SHATTERED NOTE (Heartbreak Mixtapes, #3) . . .  An Emotional, Intense Masterpiece!

Claudia Y. Burgoa has completely outdone herself with Every Shattered Note! This book is an emotional, high-stakes, intense ride that I absolutely could not put down. Don't worry, I'm not ashamed to admit it—I definitely had to keep a box of tissues right next to me for this one! The beautiful blend of mistaken identity, hidden fame, and explosive slow-burn chemistry completely stole my heart and earned a glowing, passionate 5 stars.

A Stormy Night, A Rockstar in Disguise, and a Scrambled Strategy
I plan other people’s love stories for a living. Perfect nights, perfect moments, and absolute, perfect control. It's a chaotic job, but it’s always highly strategic and straightforward. So when my guitarist cancels an hour before a high-profile event, I do what any professional would do—panic quietly and pray for a literal miracle.

Then he walks in. Late. Soaked from the rain. Incredibly handsome and unapologetically charming—a man I absolutely shouldn’t notice. He plays his music like the storm outside taught him how to feel, completely saving the night. But without meaning to, he starts unraveling mine.

What I don't know is that he is actually Dexter Vaughn, a world-famous musician hiding out from the grueling spotlight. I only know that when he looks at me, the world completely stops spinning. For the first time in my life, I am the one falling hard, fast, and completely unplanned. There is no seating chart or strategy that can contain the absolute storm that is Dexter, but his humor, his guitars, and his massive heart might be exactly what I need to build my own breathtaking love story.

Why This Rockstar Romance Left Me Shattered:
Unbelievably Intense Emotion: Claudia Burgoa knows exactly how to dig deep into your soul. The heavy emotional layers and the sheer intensity of Dexter and his heroine's journey had me reaching for the tissues constantly. It is a profoundly moving story about second chances at life.

The Perfect Slow Burn: The text builds the romantic tension beautifully. Because it's a hidden identity romance, every single interaction carries this delicious, high-octane underlying heat that keeps you glued to the pages.

A Rockstar with a Heart of Gold: Dexter is everything you want in a hero. He’s charming, incredibly talented, and possesses a big, protective heart that contrasts beautifully with his public rockstar persona.

Audio Performance Review
The Narrators: Angela Rocca & Oscar Reyes

An Absolute Premium, Immersive Listen! Even on the go, this spectacular audio production kept me completely locked into the story. Both of these narrators are completely new to me as authors/performers! Although Oscar’s name looked incredibly familiar on the cover, his voice didn't instantly click as someone I’ve heard before—but wow, did they both deliver a flawless performance!

Angela Rocca captured the hyper-organized, strategic, yet secretly panicking energy of the heroine perfectly, infusing her with so much wit and vulnerability. Oscar Reyes brought a deeply resonant, effortlessly charming, and layered cadence to Dexter, capturing both the world-famous rockstar presence and the gentle, hiding soul beneath the fame. Their vocal chemistry was outstanding, giving vibrant, beautiful life to Claudia Burgoa's incredible words and making this audiobook an absolute luxury to listen to while clearing my backlog.

My Final Verdict
Every Shattered Note earns a glittering, emotional 5 stars from me! It is a breathtaking, high-octane rockstar romance that will completely shatter your heart and piece it back together again. Angela Rocca and Oscar Reyes’ spectacular narration elevates the entire experience, making this audiobook a truly wonderful, comforting place to lay your head. It is an absolute must-listen!

There is nothing better than a 5-star rockstar romance that forces you to pull out the tissues.

READ-2-REVIEW - DARK ROMANCE - YOU HAVE MY ATTENTION by Rebel Rose

 YOU HAVE MY ATTENTION
by Rebel Rose
March 30th 2026

Genre: Dark Romance

BLURB
I asked for obsession.
I didn’t know it came without boundaries.

The first note is an introduction.
The second, intimate.
By the third, I’m addicted.

I have his attention.
But the disturbing part?
He also has mine.

I should be afraid.
I’m not.
Something reckless stirs—hungry, wild, alive.

It starts as a game.
One I’m too eager to play.
But when it turns dark…I want him more.

His name is a secret.
His face—masked.
The mystery is the thrill.

I don’t want to know what he’s capable of.
I want to feel it.

Then someone threatens me.
And the game?
It stops being pretend.

The law won’t protect me.
But he will—brutally.

I fight for justice in the light.
He hunts for vengeance in the dark.

And when a man like him decides you’re his obsession?
He doesn’t let go.

The Book Junkie Reads . . .  Review of . . . YOU HAVE MY ATTENTION . . .  A 3-Star Walk on the Dark Side

Rebel Rose is a new name on the roster, and she dives straight into the deep end with this dark stalker romance. While the "mystery and thrill" of a masked obsession are clearly the draw here, this story proved that sometimes the most beautiful covers hide the most "intense and brutal" realities.

The Game: Notes, Masks, and Shadows
The premise is classic dark romance: a game of anonymous notes that turns from an addiction into a "hungry, wild" obsession. Our heroine fights for justice in the light, while her stalker hunts in the dark. It’s a "reckless" dynamic where the thrill of the unknown is the primary currency—until the game stops being pretend and turns into a fight for survival.

However, while the setup promised a high-speed chase, the execution hit several speed bumps. For a story built on "obsession without boundaries," there were moments where the narrative slowed down significantly, losing that "racing" heart rate that usually carries a dark romance. Taking over a week to finish a book is a rarity for you, Miley, and it speaks to the uneven pacing that kept this from being a top-tier read.

A Necessary Warning Label
You hit the nail on the head regarding trigger warnings. While the cover art is "beautiful" and the genre is stated, the level of intensity regarding exploitation and sexual trauma needs a clear signal. For those who have navigated these issues in real life, this is a "tread lightly" situation. It’s a 3-star effort that had moments where you were "ready to go," but ultimately struggled to bridge the gap between expectation and reality.

Why This Ride Was "Mid-Tier":
The Pacing: The transition from "addicted" to "dark" had too many lulls, making it difficult to maintain the necessary tension for a stalker trope.

The Expectation Gap: When a book promises "brutal" protection and "vengeance in the dark," the payoff needs to be consistent, and this felt a bit disjointed.
The Cover Art: It definitely pulled you in, but the content didn't quite live up to the visual promise.

My Final Verdict
You Have My Attention earns 3 stars for the effort and the "sizzling" potential of its darker themes. It’s an intense ride for those who can handle the "dark side of kink," but it serves as a reminder that even the most "riveting" mystery needs a solid pace to keep the fire burning. If you’re looking for a dark obsession that truly doesn’t let go, this one might require a bit of patience!

That "week-long read" is a definite sign that the pacing wasn't clicking!

READ-2-REVIEW - CONTEMPORARY - LYRICS REMAIN UNCHANGED (Heartbreak Mixtapes, #2) by Claudia Burgoa

Lyrics Remain Unchanged: MMF Best Friend's Little Sister Romance
Heartbreak Mixtapes, #2
by Claudia Burgoa
February 25th 2026

From USA Today bestselling author Claudia Burgoa comes a high-heat, high-angst rockstar-billionaire MMF romance with a lie big enough to save a life—and a second chance at HEA.

Fall 2000, New York—I disappear.

Headlines circle like vultures, but only two men know the truth:
Eddie Reznor, who makes problems vanish and lets his guard fall only for me, and Barret Hetfield, the bright-but-bruised rockstar Eddie once rescued . . . and never stopped loving.

We hide while the city gossips. We let the world believe I’m gone so I can finally breathe.

In the quiet, we re-learn the shape of us—therapy that holds me together, small rituals, guitar chords, and midnight tea.

My body is relearning trust under hands that listen and a voice that won’t let me disappear.

Eddie is the line I hold. Barret is the spark.
I want to choose both.

Their plan keeps me alive. Their heat keeps me fierce.
And love like this won’t stay secret.

When the façade cracks and the cameras close in, I have to choose: keep vanishing, or step into the light with the two men who are already home.

This time, the melody is different. But the lyrics remain unchanged.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . LYRICS REMAIN UNCHANGED (Heartbreak Mixtapes, #2) . . .  Lyrics Remain Unchanged: A 5-Star Symphony of Healing

Claudia Burgoa has officially ruined me with this one! Set in the gritty, nostalgic hum of Y2K New York, this isn't just an MMF romance—it’s a soulful exploration of what happens when "reckless and untouchable" connections shatter and slowly, painfully, knit back together. It’s complicated, it’s real, and it proves that love doesn't have to be confined to be true.

The Trio: Cleo, Eddie, & Barret

Cleo is a survivor, guarded by a past that taught her trust is a "dangerous currency." Watching her walls stay up—and seeing her men respect that—was everything. Eddie, the powerful fixer, and Barret, the soulful musician with his own history of addiction, don't try to "fix" her. Instead, they show up with consistent compassion, proving that the most intense protection isn't a shield, but a presence.

Their journey to a secluded island wasn't just a getaway; it was a sanctuary. The layered POVs gave so much depth to their "messy" honesty, making every guitar chord and shared midnight tea feel like a hard-won victory in their collective recovery.

The Audio: A Trio of Heavy Hitters

While the reading experience was incredibly intense, the audio brought a whole different "sauce" to the story:

  • Vivienne LaRue: She captured Cleo’s "guarded" nature with such grace. You could hear the vibration of her trauma and the slow, cautious way she began to breathe again.

  • Jason Clarke: As Eddie, Jason brought that "powerful businessman" authority, but it was the moments where he relinquished control that really hit home.

  • Lance West: He was the perfect Barret. He voiced the "soulful musician" with a raw, "bright-but-bruised" energy that made the addiction and recovery themes feel devastatingly authentic.

Why This Mixtape Wins:

  • The "Patience" Trope: It’s rare to see characters show this much respect for a heroine’s boundaries. They didn't rush her; they waited for her.

  • The MMF Balance: The chemistry was undeniable, but it never sacrificed the gravity of the themes. It was "sizzling" yet somber.

  • The Y2K Vibe: There's something about a New York "vanishing act" in the year 2000 that feels so much more visceral and high-stakes.

Final Verdict

Lyrics Remain Unchanged is a 5-star masterpiece of Romantic Suspense and Found Family. It feels like reconnecting with old friends and finally saying everything that was left unsaid. Whether you’re here for the "intensely physical" connection or the hopeful journey of recovery, this melody will stay with you long after the final chord!

READ-2-REVIEW - CONTEMPORARY - LINE CHANGE (Portland Timberwolves, #4) by AJ Alexander

Line Change
Portland Timberwolves, #4
by AJ Alexander
January 21st 2026

A reckless rookie. A PR intern with everything to lose. One team, one secret, and one fake romance that feels way too real.

Hockey has always come easy to me. I know how to charm the media, light up the ice, keep the world guessing. But none of that matters when Alycia Torres, the one girl I can’t forget, looks right through me like I’m a stranger.

She doesn’t remember that night in college, when everything between us burned fast and bright. But when we get stuck in an elevator and she offers me fifty bucks to fake being her boyfriend at a family dinner, I take the deal with a wink and a kiss on the cheek.

She figures I’ll vanish after dessert, just another harmless flirt she’ll never have to think about again… until I walk into her office the next morning as the Timberwolves’ newest rookie and her PR department’s biggest complication.

Now we’re pretending to be a couple for her mom, dodging rumors in the media, and trying to keep our hands to ourselves while working side by side. And the more time we spend together, the more the lines start to blur.

But secrets don’t stay secret forever.

And if mine comes out, it won’t just wreck my shot with Alycia, it’ll shatter them.

I didn’t come to Portland for hockey, or even for my brothers. I came for her.

And I’m not sure I’ll survive it if I lose her all over again.

Perfect for fans of:
✔️ Fake dating with way too many real feelings
✔️ Forced proximity, secret pining, and PR disasters
✔️ The reckless rookie who’s more than his swagger
✔️ Brotherly chaos, found family, and messy growth
✔️ Emotional slow burns with swoony payoff
✔️ ALL OF THE YEARNING!!!

Line Change is book 4 in the Portland Timberwolves series. Each book in this small town, professional hockey series can be read as a standalone with a guaranteed happily ever after. For content warnings and bonus material, visit the author's website.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . LINE CHANGE (Portland Timberwolves, #4) . . .  🏒 A Rookie with a Reckless Heart!

AJ Alexander hits the ice with another absolute winner! Line Change is a masterclass in the fake-dating trope, blending the high-stakes world of professional hockey with the cozy, messy charm of a small town. If you’re a fan of "all the yearning" and a hero who is far more than his swagger, this Portland Timberwolves installment is going to be your new obsession.

⛸️ Fake Dating and Real PR Disasters

Alycia Torres is a PR intern with everything to lose. When she gets stuck in an elevator with a handsome stranger and offers him fifty bucks to play her boyfriend at a family dinner, she thinks it’s a one-and-done deal. Little does she know, that "stranger" is Caleb, the reckless rookie she once shared a "fast and bright" night with in college—a night she doesn't even remember.

The tension reaches a fever pitch when Caleb walks into her office the next morning as the Timberwolves' newest player. Now, they are forced to maintain the charade for her family while dodging media rumors and working side-by-side. Caleb didn't come to Portland just for hockey or his brothers; he came for her, and watching him pine while they pretend is pure emotional gold.

🌎 Diversity and Real-World Romance

One of the reasons I absolutely love AJ Alexander is her ability to craft romance that reflects the real world. Her stories aren't one-sided; they are a beautiful mix of races, cultures, and economic backgrounds. She shows the world that beauty truly comes in all shades and shapes, and the chemistry she writes is always electric and authentic. This isn't just a hockey book—it’s a celebration of found family and messy, beautiful growth.

✨ Why This Book Earns the GW (Goal Win):

  • All the Yearning: Caleb’s secret pining for Alycia is heart-wrenching in the best possible way.

  • The "Fake" Dynamic: Watching the lines blur between their public act and their private feelings is incredibly swoony.

  • Small Town Meets Pro Sports: It perfectly balances the tight-knit community feel with the glitz of the NHL.

  • The Secret: The looming reveal of Caleb’s true reasons for being in Portland adds a layer of suspense that keeps you turning pages.

My Final Verdict

Line Change is an emotional slow burn with a massive payoff. AJ Alexander continues to be a standout author for her inclusive, heartfelt, and steamy storytelling. Whether you’re here for the "brotherly chaos" or the "forced proximity," Caleb and Alycia will win your heart. It’s a five-star play all the way! 🏒🔥⛸️

READ-2-REVIEW - CONTMEPORARY - NOT SO SIMPLE LYRIC by Claudia Burgoa

(Not So) Simple Lyrics
by Claudia Burgoa
December 30th 2025

BLURB

He was my first love.

My first heartbreak.

The boy who made the one mistake I’ll never forgive.

Roderick Wilder and I grew up side by side—two kids tangled up in music, mixtapes, and lyrics that felt like they belonged only to us. Then he destroyed everything we had and disappeared, chasing a future without me.

Twelve years later, he’s back.

Not the rising star I remember, but a man who’s broken, scarred, and desperate to rewrite his story.

The problem? I’ve already started falling for someone else—an anonymous stranger I trade late-night messages with, sharing lyrics and reliving the bands that shaped us.

He feels safe.

He feels new.

He feels like everything Roderick isn’t.

But soon I might need to choose between the stranger who makes me believe again . . .

and the boy who once destroyed me.

From USA Today bestselling author Claudia Burgoa comes a nostalgic second-chance romance of mixtapes, dial-up confessions, and the one boy who broke her heart before the world ever knew his name.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . NOT SO SIMPLE LYRICS . . . Not So Simple Lyric: A Melodic Journey of First Loves and 90s Heartbreak!

Claudia Burgoa takes us on a soulful trip back to 1997 with Not So Simple Lyric, a novel that feels like a long-lost mixtape found in the bottom of a drawer. This isn't just a romance; it’s a nostalgic anthem for anyone who grew up tangled in lyrics, dial-up confessions, and the weight of a first love that refused to fade.

The atmosphere of this story is absolute perfection. Burgoa perfectly captures the era of mixtapes and late-night messages, where every song choice felt like a life-or-death confession. If you are a music obsessive or an "overthinker," this book will speak directly to your soul. The epistolary elements—the anonymous messages and shared lyrics—add a layer of intimacy that makes the connection feel raw and incredibly real.

Roderick Wilder was the first love and the first heartbreak. Twelve years ago, he destroyed everything and chased a future without the girl who grew up by his side. Now he’s back—not as the rising star everyone expected, but as a man who is broken, scarred, and desperate for redemption.

But the story takes a fascinating turn with the introduction of an anonymous stranger. Our heroine finds herself falling for someone she only knows through late-night messages and shared playlists. He feels safe and new, creating a heart-wrenching tug-of-war: does she choose the stranger who makes her believe again, or the boy who once destroyed her?

The Tortured Hero: Roderick is a classic "Wounded Hero" whose journey toward redemption is emotional and hard-won.

Slowburn Perfection: The tension builds beautifully through the lyrics and messages, making every interaction feel high-stakes.

Nostalgic Vibes: From the 1997 setting to the heartbreak playlists, the "90s vibes" are immersive and evocative.

Blurred Lines of Connection: Burgoa masterfully explores how grief and healing can change the key of a relationship, proving that some heartbreaks don't fade—they just evolve.

My Final Verdict

Not So Simple Lyric is an emotional masterpiece that proves Claudia Burgoa is giving us something truly special and different this year. It is a "pull-no-punches" tale of second chances that will leave you reaching for your old headphones and a notebook of lyrics. If you want a story that deals with grief, healing, and the enduring power of first love, this rockstar redemption story is the one for you!

Set in 1997, this is a love story told through anonymous messages, mixtapes, and the lyrics we never say out loud.

It’s for the overthinkers. The music obsessives. The ones who know that some heartbreaks don’t fade—they just change key.

READ-2-REVIEW - CONTEMPORARY - BEFORE WE BREAK AGAIN by Claudia Burgoa

BEFORE WE BREAK AGAIN
by Claudia Burgoa
October 29th 2025

USA Today Bestselling Author Claudia Burgoa delivers a soul-shattering MMF romance with friendship turned to all-consuming love, and the desperate, last hope that maybe love really can survive everything that tried to destroy it.

🏒 A hockey player hiding the boy he used to be
🎸 A rockstar clinging to music while battling addiction
🩺 A doctor who can’t fix everything, no matter how hard she tries
💞 Friends-to-lovers-to-something bigger
🥀 Found family
🔥 Small-town drama & second chances
🌶️ Spicy
🎧 Three-narrator audio that brings every heartbeat to life
💖 No third-act breakup

We were inseparable once.

Three hearts tangled in a small town no one escapes, bound by secrets, sorrow, and something that always felt like fate.

We were always meant to find each other.

Even if the world tried to break us apart.

Even if love arrived far too soon.

We were just kids trying to make it through.

But together, we made something sacred.

Until the day it all shattered.

Now we’re adults with scarred hearts and fractured trust.

The love we shared wasn’t big—It was everything.

And if we dare to rebuild it . . .

We risk destroying ourselves all over again.

BEFORE WE BREAK AGAIN includes a hockey player who is denying the boy he used to be and the one he loves, a rock-star who clings to his music while addiction claws at him and a doctor who can’t stitch everything together, even though she wishes she could.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . BEFORE WE BREAK AGAIN . . . A Soul-Shattering MMF Masterpiece!

Claudia Burgoa delivers an absolute powerhouse of an MMF romance that is as "sexy hot" as it is emotionally devastating. Before We Break Again is a story of three hearts tangled together by fate, scarred by a small town, and fighting for a love that was always meant to be—even when the world tried its best to shatter it.

Three Hearts, One Sacred Bond
This isn't just a romance; it’s an all-consuming exploration of friendship turned into something bigger. The dynamic between the three leads is electric and deeply moving:

The Hockey Player: A man denying the boy he used to be and the love he’s always carried.

The Rockstar: A tortured soul clinging to his music while addiction claws at his heels.

The Doctor: A woman who can stitch wounds but struggles to fix the fractured trust of the men she loves.

They were inseparable as kids, and as adults, they are forced to decide if rebuilding their "everything" love is worth the risk of destroying themselves all over again. The chemistry is spicy, intense, and incredibly raw.

One of the most refreshing aspects of this story is the absence of a third-act breakup. Instead of the typical forced separation, Burgoa allows the characters to face the "small-town drama" and their internal demons together. This creates a sense of found family and unity that makes the resolution feel earned and profoundly satisfying. It’s a "soul-shattering" journey where the "last hope" actually feels like a victory.

Friends-to-Lovers-to-Something Bigger: The history between these three makes every touch and every confession carry massive weight.

Deep Emotional Stakes: Battling addiction and hiding one's true self are heavy themes handled with grace and intensity.

All-Consuming Love: This isn't a "big" love—as the book says, it's everything. You will feel every heartbeat and every fracture.

Found Family: The bond they share transcends traditional labels, proving that love really can survive the things meant to destroy it.

My Final Verdict
Before We Break Again is a beautiful, spicy, and intense emotional rollercoaster. Claudia Burgoa has crafted a story that is perfect for readers who want more—more heat, more heart, and more depth. If you love a "pull-no-punches" tale of second chances and a love that defies all odds, this MMF romance is an absolute must-read!

READ-2-REVIEW - CONTEMPORARY - LIGHTING THE LAMP (Portland Timberwolves, #3) by AJ Alexander

I can’t stop looking at her like she’s the only thing keeping me upright.

Lighting the Lamp, an all-new childhood friends to lovers, slow burn, small town hockey romance and the third standalone book in the Portland Timberwolves Series from USA Today bestselling author AJ Alexander is now available!

BLURB

I’ve always known exactly who I was: the calm and steady one. The goalie with the best save percentage in the league. The Hendrix brother who never let anyone down. Until my body stopped playing by the rules and suddenly, I’m the one who needs saving.

I came home to heal, not to fall for Alise Moore.

My childhood best friend. The girl who’s always been my safe place. The one person I’ve never had to pretend with.

But now we’re older. Everything’s messier. And I can’t stop looking at her like she’s the only thing keeping me upright.

She’s soft where the world’s been sharp. Quiet, but never weak. And when she looks at me like I’m still whole, even when I don’t feel like it, I start to wonder if maybe I could be.

Hockey was always the plan.

But Alise Moore?

She’s the reason I’ll fight to stay standing.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . THE LIGHTING THE LAMP (Portland Timberwolves, #3) . . . Healing Friends-to-Lovers Story That Proves Childhood Love is the Only Safe Place

The Goalie Who Fell

If you love your sports romance with deep, gut-wrenching vulnerability and a love that acts as a lifeline, then Lighting the Lamp is the book that hits the net. This installment is an exquisitely painful and perfectly satisfying childhood best friends, wounded hero story that reminds us why the entire Portland Timberwolves family is pure fire. 🔥 We know these heroes, and watching Beau fall is the most intense ride yet.

The hero, Beau—the calm, steady goalie who never let anyone down—always knew who he was. Until his body betrayed him. When he comes home, the trauma of his injury brings the intense vulnerability we've come to expect from the Hendrix brothers. You will feel every single agonizing moment as he struggles to feel whole again.

He came home to heal, not to fall for Elise Moore. But Elise, his childhood best friend and the one person he’s never had to pretend with, becomes his quiet, non-negotiable anchor. The transition from "safe place" to passionate lover is messy, intense, and wonderfully complex. You'll absolutely love the familiar back and forth trash talking between them—it’s hilarious and perfectly shows their lifelong bond and easy chemistry. And, of course, the heart and wisdom provided by mama is exactly the grounding force these men need.

This is the kind of powerful, adult romance we crave. The stakes are immense, but watching Beau realize that his fight to stand tall isn't for hockey anymore—it's for Elise—is the kind of emotional payoff that makes this series unbeatable. Prepare for high angst, stunning chemistry, and an HEA that is fiercely earned within the love of this unforgettable hockey family.
