This was a quick intense techo-thriller that opened up new and interesting possibilities to a future facing a world where infertility runs more toward the norm. Young women are recruited like soldiers to mother the next generation. 
The narration was from Keke's POV and it was done very well. The world was opened up through the voice, pitch, and diction. The distinctions of voice, tone, and more. The scenes were set with the way the narrator interpreted the words on the page. I got an intense introduction to a new series.  I received this audiobook as part of my participation in a blog tour with Audiobookworm Promotions.
