Edge of Nowhere
Arrow's Edge MC, #7
by Freya Barker
Release Date: February 5th 2024
Genre: Romantic Suspense

Open roads and honor meets poke bowls and self-control.

I’m a homesick nomad.

A protégé, a mountain man, an ally, and a seeker.

My name is Wapi.

I’m a work in progress looking to belong, and though my road has been a winding one, my heart has found focus.

I’m a straightlaced hellcat.

A princess, a fool, a target, and a handle.

My name is Lindsey.

I can lash out fiercely when wounded, but my claws retract and my love glows bright in the hands of the right man.

We got off on the wrong foot—hostility thick between us—but when murder hits close to home bringing about a second chance, those sparks now stoke a different flame.

Setting hearts on fire.

The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . EDGE OF NOWHERE (Arrow's Edge MC, #7) . . . I love this series. The diversity. The strength of its characters. The challenges each new couple faces as a pair and individuals. Wapi had been around for most of all the previous stories. Now, it is time for him to come to the forefront and shine. Their story was not simple or easy. They had a long road to travel. They had the support of family and friends. The strength of the relationships was what held them together.

He was gone for three years. Three years without a word. Three years of confusion. Lindsey left one hell of an existence and then stepped into more. She had been through more than most people see in a lifetime. Abusive relationship, kidnapping, being shot at, hunted, held at gun point and firing a gun to defend her life. What more would she have to go through? She goes through a lot in this one story and in such a short amount of time. But the one thing or maybe two things she gets out of this is true freedom and the love of the one man that would do anything in the world for her. Anything to see her safe and happy.

Wapi was a man. A man of honor. A man that was loved and respected. He loved his brothers. He love his life. He knew when to take a break. He knew when he had to seek clarity. He loved the open land and the time alone. He also had something or someone else he was falling in love with. Wapi was there and then he wasn't. During the ordeals of Lindsey's life, she had Wapi there until he wasn't. She could not get past him not being there. And then three years later he was there. There at almost every turn.

Then Lindsey's life was in danger, but was it one or two threats. Was it her past or present trying to hurt her? Were there clues to find to see why she was being targeted? These answers and more are all found in the pages of Edge of Nowhere

Freya Barker brings to life real couples with real issues for the more seasoned of adults. She makes you live through the rough and provides rays of hope, joy, truth, and justice. I love seeing the characters from the series and a few from other series. These are friends and family (sometimes found family) that make you want to have the bonds and strength behind you. Always excited to get a new story from FB.
