All Love in Bloom books are written to stand alone or be enjoyed as part of the larger series, so dive right in and enjoy the ride!
In FALLING FOR MR. BAD...
Sable Montgomery loves her single, do-as-she-pleases small-town life. She sees family often, spends her days working in her auto shop and many evenings playing at a local pub with her band, Surge. She has no desire to settle down or let any man tell her what to do. When Surge is offered what most people would consider the chance of a lifetime to tour with and open for Bad Intentions, the hottest rock band of the decade, her bandmates are all in, but she’s determined to walk away. Sable has no patience for glitz, glamour, or overinflated egos, and that includes the infuriatingly hot billionaire sent to wrangle her into submission.
Taking over as manager for his brother’s band wasn’t on business mogul Kane Bad’s agenda last year, much less negotiating with the stubborn and beautiful lead singer for Surge, but there’s nothing he won’t do for family. Including trying to stifle his desire for Sable. He needs to convince her to accept the contract, but he’d rather wrangle the sexy, headstrong, boot-wearing, tough-talking musician into his bed.
Loyalties are tested, lies are told, and greedy pleasures are satisfied. Are they just a chorus between chaotic verses, or will falling for Mr. Bad be Sable’s greatest love song?
The Book Junkie Reads . . . Review of . . . FALLING FOR MR. BAD (The Bradens & Montgomerys: Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls,#11) . . . You have got to get in on this one. This was wild, fun, crazy, loving, entertaining, family, friends, many familiar faces/couples. I can usually find me a set of wonderful characters/couples, friends, family and love. This time around I got a couple that has been in the making for a few years. Mr. Kane Bad (BDK) has become my absolute favorite Bad Boy Alpha. I love him so much. His and Sable's relationship had shot up the chart to be my number one MF story.
Kane Bad was one hot, sexy, delicious, alpha with a huge/kind heart. He valued family above everything. He would do what he have to to make sure that his brother got what he wanted. He wanted to have Sable's band as the opening act for his upcoming tour. Mr. Bad had no idea what he was up against. Sable Montgomery was more than a set of sexy pipes. She was sassy, sexy, strong, determined, and she to loved her family and close set of friends. She would do what she had to to make them happy.
The tears, volleying quips, ego stroking, getting to know you conversations, and so much more. The tears were very much earned. There was so much to fall in love with and to laugh, smile, and just enjoy. Sable and Kane were a perfect match for each other. I will not turn this story down ever. I will come back to this story again and again. It is now on my repeat read/listen list.
Aiden Snow is an outstanding narrator. He makes Kane Bad all that and more. Hot, sexy, steamy, dreamy, oh yes, change your underwear. Samantha Brentmoor had a convincing male pitch. Overall the narrators did a superb job. Character and setting visualization was easy with the narrators of MF's wonderful writing.
Reasons I enjoyed this book:
Family/Friends relationship Protective/Alpha Witty Page-turner Steamy Entertaining Easy-to-read Wonderful characters Realistic
